Fiscal Technician

Full Time - This is a full time position responsible for all fiscal, accounting and budgetary functions of the agency. This position is responsible for designing systems to meet all regulatory requirements of all funding streams. The position is primarily responsible for managing/tracking all the agencies accounts payables. As part of the management team, this person will work cooperatively with the team to ensure that the mission of the agency is accomplished in a fiscally responsible manner.

Responsibilities include:
Utilize accounting software and spreadsheets to prepare and process payroll; process accounts, payable purchase orders, expense vouchers, invoices, family living sheets, petty cash, and checks; receive, record and deposit agency monies; generate corresponding fiscal reports; and maintain an accurate filing system, all in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Review daily cash income sheets; prepare and make all bank deposits. Will also be responsible for collecting and reviewing information for annual audits. Individual will assist in computer and server issues. Must be knowledgeable and adhere to the 4300 Regulations regarding accounting principles. Person is required to be knowledgeable of cost reports/documents by ODP as well as knowledgeable of HCSIS regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Minimum of a BA/BS from a state accredited college in accounting or business administration.
    • One year of professional level business management experience: ability to maintain strict confidentiality standards.
    • Current and high level of knowledge regarding information technology.
    • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
    • Must Pass Child Abuse History and Criminal Record Check Clearances upon hire.

Residential Program Supervisor

Full Time - Administrative Position. This is a full time position responsible for coordinating all medical and health care needs and attend psychiatric medication checks and appointments as deemed necessary by the Residential Program Director. The person will be responsible for staff schedules, coordinating coverage for staff call-off, staff disciplinary, staff evaluations, and act as a liason between staff and the Residential Program Director.

Responsibilities include:
Attend and participate in annual program plans and multi-disciplinary team meetings. Coordinate staff meetings and attend weekly residential adminsitrative meetings. Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individuals habilitation plans for residents; counsel program clients on routine problems; insure the safety and health of residents at all times. Person will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing house budgets, grocery records, vehible mileage records, and expenditures to keep in line with agency budgets. Communicate effectively to staff of scheduled mandatory trainings and monitor staff's compliance with the minimum 24 hours of annual training. The person in this capacity will report and be accountable to the Director of Residential Services for all responsibilities and assignments as Supervisor. The person will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating and signing performance evaluations. Controlling leave time, assigning and scheduling work, training of staff and participate in hiring, firing, and disciplinary measures. Required to comply with on-call schedule coverage, resolve crisis situations, and to assure the safety and health of individuals at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:
    • Experience in the Human Servies/Residential field required.
    • Medical knowledge/medical background preferred.
    • Knowledge of State, HIPAA, and Agency regulations preferred.
    • Supervisory or leadership excperience preferred.
    • Accredited State High School Diploma or GED required.
    • On-line Diploma must meet the requirements of the PA Department of Education.
    • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
    • Must Pass Child Abuse History and Criminal record Check Clearances.

One-on-One

Full Time - Wage Per Contract - This is a full time position working in the Vocational Training Center in Ruff Creek, PA. The person in this position will be responsible for providing direct (one-on-one) care and support to an individual with disabilities in the Recycling Program area.

Responsibilities include:
Responsible to assist the individual one-on-one, in the Vocational Program. Person will aide the individual with activities based on the individual's needs and goals. Person must also assist the individuals with daily work and living skills and give positive supports as needed. Person will monitor behaviors and /or medical needs of the individual. Strong documentation skills and computer knowledge required.

Minimum Qualifications:
    • Accredited State High School Diploma or GED required.
    • On-line Diploma must meet the requirements of the PA Department of Education.
    • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
    • Must Pass Child Abuse History and Criminal Record Check Clearances.

Custodial Worker/Van Driver

Full Time - Wage Per Contract - This is a full time position (37.5 hrs. per week: M-F) as custodial worker and van driver, when needed, at the Vocational Training and Recycling Center located in Ruff Creek, PA.

Responsibilites include:
Responsibile for general cleaning and maintenance of buildings at Greene Arc, Inc. Clean, wash windows, mop, wax, dust an polish furniture, and fixings. Clean and sanitize restrooms and replace supplies. Sanitize water fountains. Collect and dispose or recycle waste materials. Operate floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and other janitorial equipment. Responsible to track and order cleaning supplies. Lifting required. Responsible as a Van Driver to transport individual's to and from homes in the community for programming at the Vocational TRaining Center. All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
    • Accredited State High School Diploma or GED required.
    • On-line Diploma must meet the requirements of the PA Department of Education.
    • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record past 3 years required.
    • Must Pass Child Abuse History and Criminal Record Check Clearances.

Program Specialist

Full Time - Wage per Contract Agreement - This is a full-time position responsible for individualized program planning for adults with disabilities served by Greene Arc at its Vocational Training Center in Ruff Creek, PA, and at licensed community homes throughout Greene County.

Responsibilities include:
The individual in this position will develop and implement person-centered plans designed to promote employment and independence. Responsibilities include: coordination or completion of assessments; coordination or development of indivdual program plans; coordination of training and development for individuals; developmemt of planned program activities; participation in interdisciplinary team meetings; and other duties as assigned. These duties may involve Direct Care of individuals when needed, in the program areas.

The person will also provide guidance and support to direct care staff in the implementation of goals and objectives, record keeping, individual's direct care as well as communication with parents, families, and County Human Service Programs.

Minimum Qualifications:
    • Accredited Bachelor's degree and one year work experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities.
    • OR
    • An associates degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 2 years work experience working directly with person with intellectual disabilities.
    • Strong documentation and computer skills required.
    • valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
    • Must Pass Child Abuse History and Criminal Record Check Clearances.

Certified Peer Specialist

Full Time - This a full time position, available to assist in Mental Health Services Program/Open Arms Drop In Center located in Waynesburg, PA. Person will work alongside of multiple agencies and organizations. Must have a flexible schedule in order to meet the needs of the individuals.

Responsibilities include:
Promoting the independence, employment, recreational activities and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities through demonstrating good work habits, skills and behaviors while engaged in the CPS program at the Waynesburg location and throughout the community as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
    • Must have completed the Department-approved Certified Peer Specialist Training
    • Must have high school diploma or GED
    • Must have maintained at least 12 months of successful work or volunteer experience, or 24 hours accredited college credits
    • Work experience in the mental health field preferred
    • Valid Driver's license with clean driving record past three years.
    • Must Pass Child Abuse History and Criminal Record Check Clearances
    • Pre-Employment Physical Bi-Annual physical required.

Community Aide/Van Driver

Full Time - Wage per Contract - This a full time position providing direct care and community employment assistance to individuals with disabilities. Assure the safety of individuals, within the Community Programs with Greene Arc, Inc.

Responsibilities include:
Provide intermittent direct services that are necessary to maintain daily living skills, and employment assistance occurring at undesignated intervals through out the day, as a result of individual needs. Provide assistance to improve or enhance basic living skills and employment opportunities of the consumer. This may include hygiene, cooking, cleaning, nutrition, money management and budgeting, shopping, socialization, self-protection, responsibilities of community living/employment, general safety and emergency procedures. Strong documentation and accuracy skills are required. Flexibility required.

Minimum Qualifications:
    • Accredited State High School Diploma or GED required.
    • On-Line Diploma must meet the requirements of the PA Department of Education.
    • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
    • Must Pass Child Abuse History and Criminal Record Check Clearances.

Residential Program Workers

Full Time - Wage Per Contract - Residential Group home settings. The individuals in these positions will be responsible for providing direct care to persons with disabilities. Group home locations in Rogersville, Waynesburg and Carmichaels.

Responsibilities include:
Providing clean and safe home like environment for consumers. Provide direct care and support assisting residents to be as independent as possible. Participate as part of the interdisciplinary team, working on goals and charting progress. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual paperwork. Administer medications. Transport consumers to appointments and community outings. Hoyer Lift experience preferred and must be able to perform wheelchair transfers at the Carmichaels locations.
Minimum Qualifications:
    • Accredited State High School Diploma or GED required.
    • On-Line Diploma must meet the requirements of the PA Department of Education.
    • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
    • Must Pass Child Abuse History and Criminal Record Check Clearances.

$10.00/hr. Great Benefits after 90 days probation.
